These standard terms govern your use of LodgeFob websites, fobs, profiles, lodge tools, and related services.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using LodgeFob, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
LodgeFob provides NFC/RFID fob URL routing, public contact profiles, lodge directory tools, visit/passport features, fob ordering, and related account services.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and login methods. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized use.
Public profile content
You are responsible for information you publish on your public profile. Do not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.
Fobs and URLs
Fob URLs may route to public profiles or activation pages. LodgeFob may disable, reassign, or investigate fobs to prevent abuse, resolve ownership disputes, or provide support.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid services, fobs, renewals, and upgrades are billed through Stripe. Fees, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape excessively, impersonate others, upload malware, or use LodgeFob for unlawful activity.
Lodge directory data
Directory information may be imported from public or submitted sources and may contain errors. Users should verify meeting details directly with the lodge or jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
LodgeFob, its branding, software, and design are owned by LodgeFob or its licensors. User content remains yours, but you grant us permission to host and display it to operate the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LodgeFob is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, fail to pay required fees, or misuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
