This standard privacy policy explains how LodgeFob collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites, fobs, profiles, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email address, profile information, Masonic affiliation fields you choose to provide, fob identifiers, visit/passport activity, billing status, and communications sent through the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide LodgeFob profiles, fob URL routing, lodge discovery, passport stamps, account access, billing, support, fraud prevention, and service notices.
Public profiles
Information you publish on a LodgeFob public profile may be visible to anyone with the profile or fob URL. You are responsible for choosing what information to place on your public card.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. LodgeFob does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe’s policies govern payment information handled by Stripe.
Email and notifications
We may send login codes, profile/fob notices, order updates, and administrative notices. You can contact us about nonessential communications.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers needed to operate the app, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect LodgeFob and its users.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and enforce agreements.
Your choices
You may request updates or deletion of your account information, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs.
